Anti-Social BehaviourThe Tendring Community Safety Partnership (CSP) shares the Home definitions of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) as:
“Acting in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as the perpetrator” This can include acts such as; noisy neighbours, criminal damage, nuisance youths, verbal abuse, intimidation, bullying, rubbish, misuse of fireworks, dog fouling, abandoned or untaxed cars, mini motos, graffiti, fly-tipping, drug dealing, begging and drunken behaviour. This list is not an exhaustive list. The CSP takes reports of Anti-Social Behaviour seriously. Essex Police, Environmental Services, Housing and Tendring District Council Community Safety Team will investigate fully any incidents reported to them. We understand the impact Anti-Social Behaviour can have on individuals and communities and the CDRP works with a range of agencies and services to tackle these.
